One of the best of the best proteins out there, the Strawberry tastes heavenly. I have tried multiple brands like ON, Dymatize, Ultimate Nutrition, but this one simply takes the cake because of the taste and quality. There is absolutely no need for spending big bucks on isolates like iso-100 or iso sensation93, the best option is to get this protein and stack it with Scivation Xtend for intra workout, which will be approx. similar amount.
Results: definitely there if you lift heavy. As a post workout shake, 1 scoop of this + 2 bananas + cold 200 ml milk = best shake ever 😛

I really enjoyed the Strawberry flavoured Protein from BSN. Anything Syntha-6 tastes really good. This is even better because it’s Syntha-6 Edge so there’s less carbs and sugars I believe. I added some Oatmeal, Water, Ice, and somtimes a ripe banana to make a really delicious semi-thick smoothie. You really don’t need milk, water is just fine. Still, this is not the best tasting Strawberry protein I’ve ever had. That honour goes to the EAS Strawberry, but I believe EAS went out of the supplement business a very long time ago. So, the Syntha-6 is good if not compared to EAS. Go for it. I’ve tried Chocolate Milkshake, Chocolate Peanut Butter, Cookies and Cream, and now Strawberry; they are all great tasting flavours.
