Description
GAT Sport Nitraflex pre-workout results in fast and eruptive training for gaining a powerful body. It also enhances energy, stamina, testosterone, and Nitric Oxide (NO) levels. It includes L-Citrulline Malate, L-Arginine Alpha-ketoglutarate (AKG) amino acids, L-Arginine and Calcium Fructoborate (CFB), a natural.
Benefit
First and foremost is a large amount of caffeine, the amount found in over 3.4 cups of coffee, the most I’ve ever seen in a pre-workout. Beta alanine improves endurance, Tyrosine helps in energy and focus, Citrulline improves blood flow, and the Theanine helps to reduce jitteriness when you’ve had a lot of caffeine. These ingredients are considered to have the best property in itself, they are enough to boost energy, endurance, and focus. The citrulline might help you in grinding out more reps.

Usage
Training days: Day 1: Begin by assessing your tolerance with half a scoop (1/2 scoop) of Nitraflex mixed with 6-8 oz of cold water. Days 2 and beyond: Depending on tolerance, mix 1 serving (1 scoop) of Nitraflex with 6-8 oz of cold water and consume within 30 minutes before working out.
Non-training days: Take 1 serving (1 scoop) open arising in the morning or before any physical activity. Do not take more than 1 serving in a single 24-hour period. Do not take within five hours of bedtime.
Special Times to use (Take 1/2 to 1 Scoop): take before martial arts, Take before powerlifting meets, Take before long distance runs or intense cardio sessions, Take before any type of weight training, Take before sporting events, Take anytime extreme energy/focus is needed, Take before exams or anything that requires mental recall.

The first time I took Nitraflex was after a two hour session of chest on a Saturday morning. I went HAM that morning with no preworkout. A buddy of mine comes through and says, “Yo new preworkout, want to try it?” I said why not. Three hours later I had completed a full body workout and was riding the cycle. Not only did this help me bump the weights harder it helped me shred some lbs. I have been super focused on cutting weight but not losing strength this go round. I think this will be my new secret weapon. Flavor is just okay (green apple). After taste is pleasant at least. (the less water the better the taste in my opinion)

I have never used any supplements before, but I started taking this one because a friend told me about it. I liked it and it helped me get in more sets and reps for each workout. My muscles did not get fatigued as fast as they normally do. I have started taking them right before I work out for football lifts. I at least give it ten mins before I start. With each set I do I feel that I can do more reps.

I was skeptical when a friend recommended this brand. After switching to this stuff from NO-XPLODE I can say this stuff is way better especially in the cardio aspect. Weightlifting is also noticeable as well, this stuff has a great pump to it. Green Apple is so delicious, it tastes exactly like the jolly rancher.
